Deposit Dec 2024 Costa Rica Retreat

We're so happy to have you! Purchasing this reserves a spot for one person for the Dec 8-14 2024 Movement Adventure in Uvita, Costa Rica.

This $600 deposit goes towards the total cost of the adventure.

**Important: Your total price of the retreat depends on the room you choose and some may already be sold out. Here is the direct link for rooms. Please make sure your selection is still available prior to booking.

We strive to reach out within 24 hours as soon as we receive your deposit. If for some reason we do not please contact Nicholas at +1-805-252-4939 (same number on What’sApp) to finalize your booking and make a room selection.

You are encouraged to pay the remaining balance as soon as you can but note that you are required to pay the remaining balance at least 6 weeks before the adventure begins (Oct. 27, 2024.)

If you have not paid in full by that time then your spot will become open for someone else to fill and we will be unable to refund your payments.

Cancellation Policy

 If you decide to cancel before Nov. 3, 2024 then you will get everything you’ve paid minus the $600 deposit.

After Nov. 3, 2024 we can provide a refund (minus the $600 deposit) only if you can find a replacement for your spot.

Exceptions made if:

1. There’s a natural disaster that prevents you from joining.
2. Covid restrictions return and you are unable by law to join.
3. There’s an alien invasion.

Then you will get a full refund including your deposit.
