We want to ensure your satisfaction and provide flexibility for any changes that may arise. Please review our return policy below:

Before June 30th: If you find that you are unable to attend the retreat and notify us before June 30th, you will have the option to request a refund. We will make every effort to find a suitable replacement for your spot. In the event that a replacement is found, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please be aware that a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

After June 30th: After this date, the deposit becomes non-refundable. We won't be able to offer refunds for cancellations or changes made after June 30th.
